Merchant's Mirror accounting suite and what it can do for you

Merchant's Mirror is a web-based accounting suite that was developed right here in the Triad. Both the founders of Firelace (myself being one of them) have had experience with other accounting packages in the past with our own small businesses and felt that there just had to be something easier to use.

Let's be frank. You're running a small business, and you don't have time to waste on trying to figure out how to enter in your books when you just want to concentrate on your business. Right? Well, that's the way we saw it and with a particular vendor dominating 85% of the market, there was plenty of room to provide an alternative.

The biggest reasoning to go with us? Cost. When it's all said and done, you usually are paying most off-the-shelf vendors about $500-$1000 a year, not including the amount of time and dollars spent on training and customization. We aim to provide you a better product, with better service for a more affordable price. Don't believe me? Just take a look at our pricing on our website. On top of that, we provide redundant backbones, we're PCI compliant, and your financial data is backed up so you don't have to fear. Never upgrade again and always have the best features at your finger tips as we roll them out.

We also believe strongly in community. So much that we ask our clients that use our product to let us know what would make their lives easier to use our product. We always have features planned out, but if the community asks for something then obviously it's important. You can't ask that sort of relationship with the larger vendors. We don't develop Merchant's Mirror for our clients, we develop it WITH our clients!

Overall, our goals are to bring a new game to an old profession and we hope that we can convince you of the same.

Yes we do. However, if there is something that we do not have, don't hesitate to ask. We have many things on the development roadmap, but we are always shifting it around to put out the things that are needed by our clients.
