- I have been married 27 years this Nov. my husband and I own/operate Blackwell Plumbing Co. and Splurges Boutique. I am in the process of opening our 2nd location in Kernersville NC in hopes that we will expand our customers into the Winston Salem, High Point & Kernersville NC areas.
